Construction Clean-Up Specialists is looking for Licensed lift operators for our company. The job would also entail cleaning. The jobsite is located in Moncks Corner, SC and is an active construction site. This will be a full-time position paying between $18-$22 and would require 40+ hours per week with Overtime paid after 40 hours per week. Daily Operations would include Operating an up to 32 ft Scissor Lift for interior work. Cleaning in the lift would include the overhead pipes or any open to ceiling structure. Job responsibilities would also include but not be limited to mopping, sweeping, buffering, cleaning all vertical and horizontal surfaces. This is a labor-intensive position and will require excessive walking, bending, stooping and carrying weights of up to 25 lbs. Reliable transportation is a must. Masks are required on job site along with proper PPE that will be provided on the first day. Must be able to pass a background check going back 7 years and an extensive drug test. $250 signing bonus after 30 days of employment. Pay increase after 90 days of employment.
