Maintenance Tech: Must have maintenance experience and be available for on-call hours, have own vehicle, and tools to do various tasks. Also a valid driver's license is required. Position expectations, requirements and responsibilities can include but not limited to: 1. HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not a must. 2. Available for on-call rotation, evening and weekend emergency response. 3. Ability to work independently and with others. 4. Ability to complete multiple tasks in a day. 5. Must be able to manage supplies and inventory. 6. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times. 7. Preform maintenance replacement and repair in areas of basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, cleaning, flooring, and to be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and other minor building repairs. 9. Preform work order maintenance repairs and other duties as deemed necessary and keeping accurate records on paper of your task and daily activities.
