We are currently recruiting qualified candidates that have at least 5 years demonstrated experience in all phases of interior commercial carpentry. From demolition to punch list. Must be versed in a variety of material, wood, tile, stone, etc. Must be able to install Metal/Wood Framing, Sheetrock / Taping and Skim coating, Commercial Hardware, Commercial Doors, Ceiling Grids, All finish work i.e. trim, base, casework, painting etc. Must be able to work jointly with other trades. A personal demand for quality work, attention to detail, the ability to work as a team member, on a deadline, in various locations and settings are also required skills for this position. You must have your own tools and transportation! (public or private) Pay is dependent on experience
