What: Interview and blood pressure readings
Who: anyone over the age of 55 OR anyone diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) or related diagnosis.
When: Testing will be performed in August and September 2021. Fill out our survey to request more information.
How much: You will receive a $50 prepaid Visa card.
