I’m happy to have you here wanting to get better with us!Come get fit and get lit with me and my team! Every Wednesday from 6p-7pm let’s go! We made this class so that everyone can get a chance to work with us! A lot of people don’t get off work until later so they’re not able to make regular training hours! This class is an hour long full of hard work and encouragement from the team! This class is for all fitness levels so don’t be afraid to come. We modify movements for the clients that need it! Come have fun get pushed past your limits and let’s have fun doing it TOGETHER!
