Ellicott Silly Comedy Festival presents “Chaste Genius” Open Mic hosted by Beth Haydon at Phoenix Upper Main Ellicott Silly Comedy Festival presents “Chaste Genius” Open Mic hosted by Beth Haydon. Beth Haydon is a Baltimore based comic and cat enthusiast. A repeat Magooby's New Comedian of the Year finalist, she has opened for Mike Recine, Craig Gass, and Michael Ian Black. Her high-energy style and provocative content highlights the charming small town qualities of Baltimore life. Her stand-up was featured on the series Laff-a-matic by Harborcraft Studios, and you can see her live at Ugly Baby, Half of This is Planned, and shows all over the east coast! The open mic sign up will begin at 8:15pm at the downstairs bar. The Open Mic will begin after the “Robert Mac’s One Man Show” (7:30PM) upstairs. All who attend “Robert Mac’s One Man Show” are invited to stay for this comedy event. This is a FREE event / OPEN MIC! There will be (25) spots available the night of the event! Each spot is 4 min. You must sign up at the bar on the night of the Open Mic. Please do not contact the Phoenix Upper Main prior to the Open Mic to obtain a spot on the list. Phoenix Upper Main has amazing food and drink!! This is going to be an amazing OPEN MIC!! If you are asked to wear a mask you will need to do so.
