Property Management Company managing several Apartment Complexes in Miami (North Miami) and Broward (Plantation, Coral Springs) is looking for a reliable person to join their team for IMMEDIATE HIRE and GREAT COMPENSATION!! Candidate MUST have a reliable source of transportation and be willing to drive and keep a log of miles from all locations. An option for a company car can be assessed after 3 months of employment. Duties include tracking all tenant request for repairs, coordinating with 3rd party service companies, keeping track of all material and equipment at different locations, and providing repair services as needed (light plumbing, light electrical, painting, yard maintenance, door and lock installations, cabinet installation, re-tiling and laminate flooring,...). In addition to apartment turn-overs, the candidate will also need to meet with potential tenants to show them vacancies as necessary. GREAT OPPORTUNITY to grow within the company!!
