HOA MAINTENANCE person(s) needed asap. Ocean front buildings. 40 hours a week, year round full time, chance for over time. Pool maintenance experience a must. CPO a major plus. Must be clean cut, articulate, friendly and be able to speak intelligently with owners and guests. Must have HOA maintenance experience. Good starting pay. Must have valid drivers license. 90 day review and possible pay bump for the right person. Advancement in company possible for the right person. Job starts immediately.
