10 Day Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist Course with OSHA 30 Hour , LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt for Unemployed San Diego Veterans Veterans Transition Support is partnering with Interfaith Community Services to provide a 10 Day Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist course in San Marcos from September 27 to October 8 2021 (M-F) for San Diego County UNEMPLOYED veterans . As the job market continues to struggle it is very important for veterans to have professional credentials like OSHA Safety, LEAN Six Sigma, CPR, and Supply Chain tools that can be applied towards multiple career directions and are increasingly essential for supervisor, coordinator and manager positions. To qualify for this program a veteran must be a resident of San Diego County a) have a DD-214 with their end of active service by September 23 2021. b) be unemployed and c) qualify for WIAO or VEAP with Interfaith Community Services This 10 Day Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist course is designed to help any veteran translate their military experience into valuable professional credentials, jargon and business tools that companies value, including: OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Safety Card valid in all 50 states and does not expire OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Card valid in all 50 states and does not expire Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt for A3 Problem Solving, Value Stream Maps, Kaizen, 5S, Project Charters, Statistical Process Control, Hourly Performance Boards and Pareto Charts. Supply Chain tools such as SWOT, TOWS, and PEST Analysis, Forecasting Models, Risk Management & FMEA, S&OP, Network Design and ERP systems.
