Banner Property Management is looking for an experienced GROUNDSKEEPER with light maintenance skills to join our team in Maryland Heights.
Your role will focus on the curb appeal of Whisper Hollow apartments; so you will be charged with keeping amenity and public areas clean (inside and outside); power washing buildings and fixtures; and more.
This is an important part of our maintenance team as we pride ourselves on the appearance of our property; so your standards should be high. This position will be focused on landscaping and will work closely with the lawn care contractor for the community.
The work will also include an assist to the Maintenance Technicians:
• Preparing apartments for occupancy
• Assisting maintenance staff
• Grounds, pool maintenance, snow removal, cleaning amenity areas and leasing center
• Other custodial duties as needed.
You must be available for some overtime if necessary (there may be unexpected storms, etc., in summer and winter that create the need to come in to work unexpectedly to address clean-up and snow/ice removal). Organization is key; must keep up with daily schedule and task list of duties.
CPO certification preferred. Good customer service skills. Must have own transportation. Background screening required. To apply for this position, please email your resume.
