Gather at Gracies Farm for our 2nd annual Harvest Dinner with culinary talents from Saison.
We gather the bounties of harvest from Gracies Farms along with other local sustainable farms and the talent of Chefs from around the country. We will learn the importance of including animals in the regeneration of the land and soil by our farmer, Lynsey Gammon. She’s spent the first half of the year “growing the soil,” using sustainable composting techniques and other efforts to enrich it; Tilling the soil by hand. Our harvest dinner will be a celebration of the fruit of her labor creatively executed during our 2nd annual Harvest Dinner. An optional wine pairing will be available on site.
