Need ladder sanded and stained

I have a loft ladder that we are installing in a home that needs to be sanded, stained and overall made to look really nice, so that we can install it in the home for the customer and made to look nice. There are some staples on the top that need to be removed, everything sanded down, and then to ensure the handles and everything else on the ladder is structurally strong to function as a useable ladder. Needs to be stained to match the interior t and g pine (see picture), so perhaps a clear or something similar.
