LICENSED CONTRACTOR FOR ENTRY TILE, DRYWALL, DOOR INSTALL (see photos, and please read ad fully before responding) YOU MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM: - active CCB license and insurance (will be verified) - active LLC, INC, or SP (check will be written to your biz name, not to your name) - your own truck - tile saw, all necessary power and hand tools - clean work habits, clean life - photos of recent similar work you've done ------------------------------------------------------------ SCOPE OF WORK: 1. DEMO EXISTING EXTERIOR DOOR AND FRAME 2. INSTALL NEW DOOR AND FRAME - New door is provided and on site. Does not need trim or painting. Just install. 3. INSTALL BACKER BOARD / TILE FLOORING - Tile is mosaic and fragile. See photo. - 1/4" backer will need to be inset, tile needs to be flush with surrounding flooring 4. INSTALL INSULATION AND EXTERIOR RATED DRYWALL - 14' ceiling height. 5. PATCH, CLEAN UP, AND PAINT PREVIOUS CONCRETE DOOR OPENING - must have knowledge and experience with concrete patching products and methods NOTE: DOOR IS ON SITE, MATERIALS WILL BE PAID FOR, BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO PICKUP ANY OTHER NEEDED MATERIALS. ------------------------------------------------------------ Feel free to email with any questions.
