Performing work on ATV, UTV, and Snowmobile units to a high standard Perform routine service inspections, test, and lubricate engines and other major components Assist in the setup and testing of new powersport products Move vehicles and trailers of all sizes using a variety of equipment (truck, forklift, etc.) Handle multiple work orders and utilize computer systems to document work that has been performed. Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical accessories Maintain leading-edge knowledge of powersport diagnosis technology Maintain clean and safe workstation Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition Requirements: Attention to detail Strong mechanical aptitude Knowledge of engine components and adjustments, service operations and parts management, fuel and lubrication systems, and testing electrical systems and engine management systems Haul, Load/Unload, Trailering ability Must be able to work Saturdays. Problem solving skills Communication: Ability to interact professionally with other staff, customers, and vendors. Ability to honestly and openly communicate any mistakes or mishaps made Self-motivated/ ability to work independently and efficiently Powersport technician degree or relevant experience preferred Shop will provide OEM Specialty tools, but all others required must be provided by mechanic Willing to train the right candidate.
