Fort Union Drive-in Theater just happens to be located on Historic Route 66. After the movie, who knows what might happen! There is a nearby KOA campground or perhaps street camping is in order Prior to entering drive-in theater we do Q&A, talk about #vanlife and the RV lifestyle, and do van tours with Scott and others. Bring your van! Having a van is not required! START 6:00 PM on Fri-27-Aug Fort Union Drive-in Theater 3300 7th Street, Las Vegas, NM 87701 TRAVEL 7:00 PM Enter the drive-in theater together allowing us to park together. No travel planned before nor after movie. STOP 10:00 PM on Fri-27-Aug Depart whenever you like or when the movie ends. A vanishing American Icon, there are fewer than 350 drive-in theaters remaining in the USA. The Fort Union Drive-in is the only drive-in left in the state of New Mexico. Solo screen with a capacity for 340 cars, open seasonally, weekends only, screening double features. Admission: $20 a carload. Full concession stand for food and beverage.
