The Kids for Animals (KFA) Club offers kids ages 7 to 11 an enriching after-school opportunity to experience the Pasadena Humane shelter. The Kids for Animals (KFA) Club offers kids ages 7 to 11 an enriching after-school opportunity to experience the Pasadena Humane shelter. Kids club will meet once a week for six weeks– every Tuesday 4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. The first session meets on Tuesday, October 12. The last session will be Tuesday, November 16. Each week students will visit topics that include animal welfare, shelter work, crafts or games geared towards animals as well as supervised animal interaction. At the end of the program parents and guardians will be invited to see what the kids have learned.
