Make sure you meet the following before applying: -Reliable transportation -Must have basic construction tools such as work boots, gloves, and appropriate clothing for working outside during all kinds of weather. -BE DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE. -Be able to track hours on phone app. -Experience in construction by position below: Lead Finish Carpenters: 5+ years experience Supervisory skills: Supervise carpenters and laborers on site, order materials, supervise subcontractors, hold safety meetings and provide other project management and scheduling as necessary to complete jobs. A working knowledge of standard computer and smart phone technologies is required to complete documentation and communication necessary for this position. Details and quality of work are extremely important; we are looking for someone who can both focus on immediate tasks and think forward. Carpentry skills: High end finishing, blueprint reading, strong math skills and measuring skills, residential improvements. Pay is competitive and medical including vision are provided after probationary period is satisfied.
