Framers, Helpers, and a Tile installer wanted

Hello, perspective employees! We are currently looking to expand our team over here at Sound Hart Builders. The first position is a Framer. a lead framer would be welcome, but so if youre not a lead you must possess these qualities: 1.) always be safety conscious. 2.) know how to read layout. 3.) be comfortable and agile at heights. 4.) have your own transportation. -Jobs are all over whatcom and Skagit counties. 5.)knowing how to frame a roof would be a big + for any who start work. Pay is DOE a Helper will be considered for a young, high energy individual, who likes being at heights, has terrific balance, and can quickly move wood around all day without gassing out. The second position is for a Tile installer. I am looking for someone who has experience with all manner of tiling tools and their best practices, and can complete a tile installation above and beyond all ANSI standards while keeping everything completely flat and planing perfectly across multiple surface and/or directional changes with little to no supervision. everything from laying the Kerdibed for a walk-in shower, to grout and caulk. Pay is DOE. pictures of your work and references will be required for this position. If a journeymen tile installer cannot be found. a helper will be considered, this person will need to possess these qualities: 1.) an extreme eye for detail. 2.) be a perfectionist. 3.)a nagging needto fix your own mistakes instead of saying F-it and moving on. 4.) ability to stay focused in small areas for long periods of time 5.)
