OFFICE CLEANER NEEDED

Looking for a cleaner to scrub walls, vacuum/shampoo carpets, windows. We have our own chemical sensitive products to use that we shall provide. This is only for 2 rather smaller offices that we just moved into and would like to disinfect. The place itself is empty and just needs a real good deep clean. This is a one time gig, however this might become a monthly gig as well depending if all goes well. There's a smaller 2 thousand Sq. Ft. warehouse space that we could also talk about cleaning and disinfecting as well.
