Terry Cavanagh and the Alpine Express is sure to not disappoint and let's toast 2021 with Warsteiner, this years's German Beer of choice. Whether you are a repeat customer or a first timer, this is an event you do not want to miss. Doors open at 6:00 pm, beer and food available for purchase. This event is open to the Fort Bliss and El Paso Community 18 years and older ( 21 and older to consume alcohol). No children allowed Friday and Saturday night. NO REFUNDS unless the event is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, to include COVID-related circumstances. If WE cancel the event, everyone will receive a full refund in a timely manner. Non DOD ID Card holders will need to obtain a pass prior to the event to gain access to the installation. This ticket serves as your sponsor for a pass, and you can obtain a pass anytime between now and the event date at one of our Visitor Control Centers (VCC). Buffalo Soldier VCC is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Chaffee VCC is open Monday - Friday 5am - 9pm.
