McKinney & Olive invites you to a complimentary outdoor HIIT class Thursday, August 26 at 6:00 pm with Laura Vonderhaar of Trophy Fitness McKinney & Olive is hosting a Trophy Fitness HIIT class with Laura Vonderhaar on Thursday, August 26 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Laura will lead you through a high-intensity interval training and cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. Bring a mat or a towel and get ready for a rewarding workout. Stay after class for treats, drinks, and awesome giveaways! For those attending that are not tenants in the building, please park in our retail parking garage. There are entrances into the retail garage from Olive St. and Cedar Springs Rd. From the parking garage elevator, you will select level 1 to the building's main lobby. The door to the outdoor piazza is steps from the elevator.
