Company: AdvantaClean of Chattanooga Position: Environmental Technician (Mold Remediation, Moisture Control, Duct Cleaning, Water Restoration, Crawlspace Repair) Seeking a technically-proficient, customer-focused Environmental Technician to join our team. The Environmental Technician will provide mold remediation, moisture control, air duct cleaning, and water damage recovery services to both residential and commercial customers. Essential Job Functions: -Perform mold remediation -Perform moisture control typically in crawlspaces -Respond to emergency water damage recovery situations -Clean air ducts and dryer vents -Ability to work evenings and weekends in cases of emergency water removal (will be paid appropriately) -Provide excellent customer service -Follow all local, state and federal safety laws, policies and guidelines Qualifications: -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and criminal history -Able to lift 50 - 100 pounds -Professional and customer focused -Self starter with strong work ethic and ability -Dependable -Must be comfortable working in crawlspaces Experience not necessary- Will train the person who has the technical ability and customer focused attitude Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
