Please join me for a night of celebration and fun! Proceeds from this event will go to the Arc at the Capital. As an individual working in ABA Therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician and going back to school for my masters in Special Education, I made it my goal to raise money for another nonprofit similar to my line of work during my birthday. When I came across the Arc at the Capital, I saw that they provide employment services and immediately started thinking about the children at my workplace. Where will they be in the next 15-20 years? Services like these are and will continue to be beneficial in giving individuals that extra boost or support they might need. Through this event, we will be raising money to give individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to receive those employment services here in Austin, Texas. We will be providing snacks, live music, and two complimentary drinks (per ticket purchase) during this event. In addition, there will be a silent auction and a raffle for a Stay and Play package (including dinner for two, a round of golf for two, and an overnight stay at the Coushatta Casino Resort). We will accept payment for the silent auction and raffle via cash or Venmo, and the winners will be announced at the night's end. Dress code for the event is cocktail attire. *Please note that there is NO additional parking at the event space.
