Liberty Aluminum Co. is Hiring Mechanical Railing SHOP FABRICATORS!! Job Overview: Our fabricators' workload includes, but is not limited to safely and accurately operating machinery/hand tools, interpreting shop drawings, and correct assembly of mechanical railings. Always ensuring the correct specifications and 1st time quality of product. Job Responsibilities: -Fabricates or assembles mechanical railing to work order specifications. Ensures drawings meet realistic fabrication practices. -Communicate with supervisor and or measure and layout for clarification on drawings or fabrication methods and requirements. -Works with supervisors and ensures materials for job are available. -Complies with all safe fabrication practices and company safety requirements -Maintains equipment and tools in top notch condition and keeps assigned storage areas neat and organized -May be required to go to the field and perform field fabrication Skills & Qualifications: -Able to work in a shop environment -Good knowledge and use of hand tools -Produce quality work within given deadline -Able to read and interpret shop fabrication drawings and requirements. -Effectively perform fabrication processes to required standards including cutting, grinding, sanding, finishing, drilling and punching. -Able to use machinery necessary to perform the job. Such as presses and benders. -Able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the day. Able to bend, squat and lift throughout the day. May have to be sent to the field to perform field fabrication. May be required to drive. Able to work in an outdoor environment and at elevated heights.
