Center and balance your body, mind, and spirit... with a view! Flow on top of Downtown Fresno's only rooftop bar: Quail State. Ground and center yourself atop one of Downtown Fresno's most iconic buildings, the Security Bank Building. With our city's skyline as the backdrop, and live music fueling our movements, we'll stretch and strengthen together! We have the wonderful opportunity to flow to the sounds of DJ extraordinaire, DJ Johnny [Q] Brown, who will be curating a chill vibe to set the tone for a beautiful Monday evening. Following the all-levels flow, we're being treated to a dining experience prepared exclusively for US by Quail State's executive chef, Matt Lee, featuring FOUR dishes that aren't on the restaurant's menu. Guests will also be treated to a custom #hashtagbalance cocktail! Get ready to move your body in a magical way at such a beautiful space. Bring your friends or come alone - we will all be friends by the end of the night. The class is open to yogis of all levels (yes, first timers too!) You can expect a Vinyasa flow suitable for all, which links breath and movement through a series of postures. Wear comfortable clothing and BYOM (bring your own mat 😉) MEET CHRISTINE ROSEChristine Rose is a yoga + Pilates instructor at Blue Moon Yoga, who also leads special events offering yoga throughout the Central Valley + virtually. Having a consistent yoga practice has helped her transform her life in so many ways so she says it brings her joy to be able to help others along in their journeys virtually and irl. When she isn't on her mat, you can find her cuddling with her two pups, Sir Duke and Duchess Shenehneh, skateboarding or snacking (sometimes all three at the same time).
