Need an affordable home builder. Perhaps one that offers financing? We are NOT in a rush. Money matters more than time.
Just purchased an empty lot in San Bernardino County. Want to eventually put a small house on it. Flexible time wise. Not much cash, but do have consistent ability to make monthly payments and employment track record for 20+ years.
Do you have a small pre-fab house? Need to find a client to build/sell/unload it to? Or can you offer financing to build us something small?
