Missing dog. White black brown small

Lost dog, He's a puppy, no collar. Black brown and white. Little. Very friendly and playful. Last seen near city dump on old fort rd. When I was looking for him today after he ran a bit to far I saw a white truck stop and then leave from a distance away. Any info would be great. He is missed. Thanks
