Sound Bath Meditation Join us for a relaxing morning at the Raleigh Beer Garden. Rush Dorsett will be leading our sound bath meditation on Sunday, September 25th at 10:00a. Relax, rejuvenate and experience the sound of healing. Bring a mat, towel, and any other items such as blankets or blocks to get comfortable. The sound bath will be a 60 minute acoustically enhanced class. We will be outdoors on the patio at Raleigh Beer Garden. We have some mats available to rent as well as complimentary towels on site. One mimosa or hard kombucha is included with each purchase. Early bird pricing ends on September 5th.
