The job responsibilities include some of the following tasks: Painting-Interior and Exterior Drywall repairs, patches and texturing Construction framing, remodeling, demo and tear-outs Responsible for basic electrical, plumbing installations and preventive and emergency maintenance. Lawn & grounds maintenance activities including: snow removal, lawn mowing, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, landscaping, removing/spraying weeds, and raking/disposing of lawn refuse Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all residents and coworkers while working in a team environment. 1099 Independent Contract Position, Could lead to permanent full-time employment. Current drivers license with minimal violations is required. We have a drug-free and alcohol free workplace. For this position, the physical demands may include regular standing, walking, hustling on the job, and climbing ladders, use of hands and fingers, talking, communicating with others. Pay is based on $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. 40 hours per week. M-F 8-5
