JOB DESCRIPTION: Entry level position in urban nuisance wildlife control. Residential, commercial, municipal and industrial wildlife animal control and nuisance wildlife trapping. Inspection of properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommendations on a solution to the problem. Maintaining the accounts of active customers which includes inspections, setting live traps, baiting for rodents, light carpentry work (exclusion of animals), and working at roof top levels and on chimneys. Environment is friendly, casual and sales oriented. All training is provided. QUALIFICATIONS: Physically fit person with ability to use tall ladders, live traps, and able to work at chimney and roof top heights. Good communication skills and sales ability are necessary as this position entails talking with customers on a daily basis. Must be able to lift 75lbs over head and use 32’extension ladders. Background in wildlife or environmental field helpful. Must be able to handle and euthanize wild animals when required. Good driving record essential.. Maturity and ability to work without immediate close supervision. COMPENSATION: Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications, plus bonuses and commissions.
