Rehoming 9 month old Pup

Diesel is 9 months old. His Dad is full Border Collie and Mom is half Australian Shepard half Pit Bull. Both parents are working dogs on a ranch in Amarillo. We got Diesel at 8 weeks. He is very smart and extremely loving. He is potty trained, knows how to sit. Listens pretty well for a puppy but can use some work. He is great with kids. Does pretty well with other dogs. He hasn’t been around many big dogs so that may be an adjustment but he has been around smaller dogs and does fantastic. He is a big ole lap dog and doesn’t know how big he is. About 45lbs. We just don’t have the yard space that he needs to be able to run and play. He needs a family that is more active with time to work with him. We are heartbroken to rehome him because he is so sweet but we feel it is not fair to him. Asking for a small rehoming fee. Would come with food, dog bowl, dog bed, collar and leash, and a couple of toys. He is up to date with all shots as well. I have copies of shot records.
