Rehoming Syrian Hamster

I am looking to rehome my Syrian hamster, Pencil. He is a very sweet and timid boy, but I am finding it difficult to give him the attention and love that he deserves. He would come with a glass 20 gallon long tank and lid (with lid locks), a wheel, sand bath, food, water bottle, extra bedding, sand, treats, and any other supplies that I have saved for him. I am only asking for a small rehoming fee of $15 to make sure he is given to a good home. Serious inquiries only, please do not transfer him to a smaller or novelty cage. Typically hamsters require at least a 40 Gallon tank and my current one could be considered small, although he seems happy in there.
