Description
Find balance and peace as we flow on the lake! Let's find balance (quite literally) as we take our practice to the lake! Allowing our paddleboards to become our mat, we will be practicing accessible yoga postures on our board. Inviting in the elements of water to our practice, we will have a short paddle out to the more calm cove where we will attach to anchors. With peace of mind that we stay in community, be led on on a yoga flow that is gentle, yet empowering. No yoga or paddle board experience necessary. Come for a fun experience of play and relaxation! Paddle Boards will supplied by Holley Water Sports. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time to check in and get equipment. Where to find us: Holley Water Sports is located at the peninsula between Papa Docs Restaurant and the public boat ramp. Look for the Blue Tent for check in.
