Celebrate Plant A Tree Day with the Ascot Hills Park Nursery by Greening Our Park and Learning about Native Tree Propagation Join Los Angeles's only youth-run native plant nursery in a series of actions to restore and beautify a new restoration site at the foot of Ascot Hills Park's rolling hills. Volunteers will get a chance to plant locally sourced native trees, such as our glorious Coast Live Oaks and the endangered California Black Walnut! In addition to our restoration plantings, volunteers will be able to learn about how these trees are produced at our nursery's monthly volunteer action, which involve: Seed Collecting / ProcessingNative Plant and Tree PlantingLitter Clean-upPlease email our nursery manager at [email protected] for any questions! ------------------------ Únase con el único vivero de plantas nativas dirigido por jóvenes de Los Ángeles en una serie de acciones para restaurar y embellecer un nuevo sitio de restauración al pie de las lomas del Parque Ascot Hills.
