Do you want to see what it take to be a strong man competitor. Stop by I-F.I.T. to try out the events for free! I-F.I.T. is hosting a Warriors Challenge event and is working with Rogue Alpha Athletics to bring you something to try. This Event will consists of several small trials for you to experience what Strang Man is all about. There will be Log Press, Axel Bar - Continental Cleans, Yokes, Conan Wheel, Viking Press, Hercules Hold, Atlas Stones, & Husafell Stone. Come by and see what you are made of, also we will be giving away several prizes.
