Deep breathing, including the breath-focus of meditation, can induce such calm and tranquility.  Join Jennifer our Guided Meditation Instructor in the Green Room Upstairs.  Our wonderful mediation instructor here at Prima Elements will guide us throught a Mindfulness and Self Worth meditation class. Class starts at 7pm sharp so please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and pick a pillow or mat.
