New monthly series with Martika and InterUrban ArtHouse ! A Free circus and stunt show running four months. Show ends with a workshop. Join Martika and InterUrban ArtHouse for a new monthly series! A Free event running for three months. Once a month we will be doing a matinee show. Every third Saturday. Family friendly entertainment on InterUrban ArtHouse's outside stage. Each month will have a different show involving a variety of circus, fire, and sideshow stunts. Shows will end with a hands-on circus demo. Get up and moving alongside KC's only one woman stunt show. She will teach you how to use hula hoops, silk fans or balance a spinning plate on your finger. No matter your age. Hands-on activities will be done outside at a safe social distance. *Sideshow stunt will not be taught in any of the shows. September Show Description: We are heating things up this month with a fire show! Fire eating to breathing big fire blasts. We will do a full fire show alongside traditional circus acts. After the show we will have a hands-on activities learning how to use silk fans. We will revisit the hula hoop tricks we learned in August. October Show Description: It is Halloween season. In this show we will have a Halloween contest with five contestants. We will also include a circus game in this months show. Bring your silly, spooky or your shiniest Halloween costume to the circus show! Costumes should be family friendly. November Show Description: This is the last monthly show in the series! Now is the best time to come out to see the circus stunt show. We will do a variety show with everything from previous months. There will be circus, fire and sideshow stunts in the show. We will end with one more hands-on circus workshop. Workshop will include a large variety of circus props. Including but not limited to hula hoops, poi, silk fans, plate spinning and wings. This is a FREE public event for the whole family.
