Come enjoy a free Zumba Class taught by Mary Niemann! Come connect with our STL community and have fun moving your body! Come try something new (Zumba)! This will be a cardio class of dancing to upbeat music outdoors at sunset. You won't want to miss our instructor Mary! She will have you smiling the whole hour. :) PLEASE wear athletic shoes as we will be having class outdoors and will encounter uneven surfaces. "We all need a nudge to get outdoors, move our bodies, and get out of our comfort zones by trying something new! These fitness events at the park have provided this for our St. Louis community. I encourage everyone to take some time to meet other awesome individuals in the class. There will be plenty of space to socially distance. I will be at the event to answer any questions about chiropractic and the upcoming office!
