I have some dry rot damage in the corner of a building on two floors and I need someone to support the ceiling and piece in new wood framing. You should be well qualified, have a truck and a credit card or ability to pick up additional lumber or parts after the initial buy, which I will pay for and then reimburse you for the additional items as I will be coming and going from the job.
