I have a one car garage in the Presidio. It is separate from the house and has electricity and lighting inside.
I need it cleaned out and organized.
You must have experience sourcing and installing hanging hooks and racks for tools, bikes, etc.
The walls are concrete so drilling skills and tools needed.
I offer high pay for a good communicator and decisive organizer.
Garage access is available during the day weekends. I will be onsite to assist as needed.
