Girls in grades K-12 are invited to this Girl Scout Sign-up Event in Maple Plain! Is your girl looking to make new friends, get active in her community, and have fun? Girl Scouts is the place for her! At this Sign-up Event, your girl will discover the science behind movement and have the chance to innovate, design, and build a mini bow and arrow to take home. You'll get to learn more about what Girl Scouts can offer your girl and explore opportunities with local troops (Or start one of your own!). This is a FREE non-member event and open to all girls (grades K-12) and families in the Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys council area. Parents/guardians must register and be present with their girl(s) during the event. Registration is required. Invite your friends. Join us for songs, games, and fun while you make new friends. Girl Scouts River Valleys’ events follow Centers for Disease Control and Minnesota Department of Health recommendations for in-person gatherings. Face coverings are required for participants at indoor events. We serve 25,400 girls in southern Minnesota, western Wisconsin, and one county in Iowa. Our work is supported by more than 9,000 volunteers. Girl Scouts River Valleys provides training and resources for volunteers, programming for girls, scores discounts for our members, fundraises for Girl Scouts, runs the retail shops and service centers, and manages the product programs (Cookies and Snacks & Magazines), and much more.
