Flight Attendants can increase their safety in this reality based, hands-on, self-defense course. If you are a current Flight Attendant and would like to increase your safety and overall knowledge and skills for dealing with violence, this class is for you! This hands-on self-defense course will cover the defensive mindset, situational awareness, vulnerable targets, personal weapons, proper stance, blocks, devastating strikes and more.
