We are currently hiring a Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technician for an Established Senior Apartment Community, Siena Court Apartments in Old Town Pittsburg. We are looking for applicants with the following skills: 1. Apartment Maintenance Repair Experience 2. Experience Turning Vacant Units 3. Appliance Repair Experience 4. Plumbing and Electrical repair experience 5. Knowledge of Building Systems 6. Ability to track warranty work and ensure it gets completed 7. Ability to Work as a Team and Meet Deadlines 8. Ability to Follow Company Policies and Procedures 9. Ability to Communicate Problems and Offer Solutions 10. Ability to set priorities and complete assigned tasks 11. Experience with 3rd party Agency Inspections: TAX CREDIT, Housing Authority, etc. 12. Ability to complete porter-janitorial duties when needed Daily Duties & Responsibilities Include: 1. Completing Work Orders Efficiently 2. Maintaining the Property Curb Appeal daily 3. Turning Vacant Units per procedure 4. Appliance, Electrical and Plumbing Repairs 5. Drywall & Painting Repairs 6. Conducting Unit Inspections 7. as a Team 8. Preparing for Inspections 9. Offering Excellent Customer Service 10. Following all company policies & procedures, fair housing laws, etc. 11. Ability to respond to After-Hours maintenance emergencies 12. Picking Up Trash around the property, cleaning out trash enclosures and chutes 13. Other duties assigned by the Supervisor Compensation Details: 1. Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 2. Hourly Pay Rate - based on experience and budget 3.
