Valley Research Park is seeking an individual for Specialized Janitorial duties. We operate a bio-tech research facility and have a wide range of critical functions that need to be covered by our next hire. Job Duties include (but not limited to): Mopping Sweeping Vacuuming Garbage removal Bathroom cleaning Animal cage changing Small animal handling (these are not pets) Data entry Communicating with others via email, text, phone Ideal candidates will be able to: Lift 40 lbs Work independently Pay attention to detail Work on weekends and afternoon/night hours (1 pm to 10 pm during the week, flexible weekend hours, for example) Consistently report to work Work in a clean-room environment with lab coat, shoe covers, mask, gloves and hair net. Handle rodents with forceps or gloved hands Own and use a smartphone for apps and communications.
