Lead Maintenance Tech/ Lead Handyman Needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Individual must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience within the property maintenance industry.
-Self-starter, organized and task oriented.
-Valid Driver’s license.
-Own tools for the property maintenance trade.
-Experience in flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting.
-Ability to source out work that is more complicated.
-Computer literate.
-Ability to prioritize work orders.
-Take direction from the property management group and team player.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of 55 residential units located in Gilroy and Monterey. The 2 properties are located within 35-45 Min of each other.
This individual must have the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks, flip and remodel apartment units efficiently and cost effectively. All hours worked per unit and material costs must be itemized.
Work requiring more of an expertise such as HVAC, Complete Carpet removal and replacement, complicated electrical such as working with 220 power, electrical panels, major plumbing issues such as water mains will be sourced out by the maintence supervisor to authorized vendors in the respect trades.
Compensation Includes:
$30.00 Hourly Wage
Health Benefits
Company will pay a monthly flat fee for mileage.
Year end cash bonus based on Job performance (rolling 12 month year).
