Drummer looking for punk/metal band

Looking for punk, metal (black, melodic death, doom) or similar style band with substance. I've been drumming for 25 years (off and on) Haven't played with a group in some time but I have many years of stage experience. Might have to shake a little rust off is all. General punk double time/skank beats etc. no problem. Double bass 16ths are about 160-170 bpm and climbing (faster if triggered and playing heel-toe). Looking for a group or musicians with passion and a message. Environmental, social justice, human condition, horror etc. Genre examples- The Freeze, Leftover Crack, Balzac, Amon Amarth, Windir, Ethereal Shroud, Idles, Pixies, Talking Heads.. I'm in the Marin county area but I'm willing to travel for practice. Sooo ya contact me if that sounds like a good fit. -Avi
