PARKING Parking will be available at the event location. Enter Henry Ford and continue to the Eagle Gate entrance and follow the event signs to the Greenfield Village entrance. Event staff will guide guests to the event. The event is indoors and outdoors. Business casual. ADDRESSING COVID DELTA VARIANT CONCERNS We realize that the current COVID Delta Variant may cause some concern to our attendees. Everyone's safety is a priority, therefore we hope the following information will assist you in making a sound decision regarding your attendance to this years dinner. The venue was chosen prior to guidelines being relaxed in the state of Michigan, allowing MVCA flexibility with event set up and adhering to any social distancing options. The cocktail networking reception will take place at the Carousel, which is similar to an open air-pavilion with roof covering. The dinner will take place at the Lodge, which is also similar to an open air pavilion with roof covering and six overhead retractable doors and walls that will be open, pending weather conditions. Dinner will be individually served at covered food stations by hired professional servers. Appetizers will be plated individually, as needed. An open bar will be single serve only. There is courtyard space outside both the Carousel and Lodge for outdoor participation in the networking reception and viewing the awards ceremony. MVCA will have face masks and hand sanitizers available to any attendee that wish to use them. We respectfully request that attendees be vaccinated prior to attending this and all MVCA related events.
