In this deeply calming, mind-body workshop, we will practice ling held stretching poses that open and quietly energize the meridians, or energy pathways of the body. While in these poses, tuning forks will be placed on specific points to help create ease. Tuning forks placed on the body help create space and release tension, energy and promote emotional balance. We will end with an extended sound bath savasana including a gong and crystal singing bowls to allow you to float away while in healing rest. This practice is open to all levels, no yoga experience is necessary. Modifications will be offered with each pose for accessibility.
