Seeking retirement home for cuddly senior cat

Meeko has been in our family for 12 years, longer than any of our three kids. He tolerates children but does not appreciate them. He craves grownup attention and quiet cuddling time. With a houseful of kids, he usually hides out or goes outside until they're in bed and then comes out to get his snuggle time. Meeko gets along with our 60lb goldendoodle and seems to be OK with other cats as well. Meeko absolutely hates car rides so preferably his new home will be not too far from West Seattle. Meeko is healthy but it's been about 2 years since his last vet visit so he's due for a checkup. He is microchipped.
