STAMFORD, CT — High Ridge Road at Laurel Road has reopened to vehicular traffic, according to the Stamford Police Department. The portion of roadway had been closed since early Monday morning after Tropical Storm Henri moved through the area and knocked a tree and wires down. High Ridge was blocked at Mayapple Road and Russet Road. Police noted that Eversource is still on scene. High Ridge Road at Laurel Road is open for vehicle traffic.
